By accessing and using ChairScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Educational Content

All content provided on ChairScore is for educational purposes only. Our courses, lessons, and materials are designed to help you understand credit, funding, and business concepts.

3. No Guarantees

ChairScore makes no guarantees, promises, or representations regarding:

  • Loan or funding approval
  • Business success or financial results
  • Any specific outcome from using our educational materials

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If your paid subscription becomes canceled or inactive, your access will automatically return to Free content.

Refunds (if any) are handled case by case and are not promised. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our platform, share login credentials, reproduce course materials without permission, or use our content for commercial purposes without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChairScore and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or educational materials.
